Union Minister and senior BJP leader Prakash Javadekar termed the Centre's decision to grant ownership rights to the people living in unauthorized colonies in Delhi as historic. <br />'' <br />'' Addressing the Delhi Unit party workers in the national capital today, he said, Parliament has already passed National Capital Territory of Delhi (Recognition of Property Rights of Residents in Unauthorized Colonies) Bill, 2019. <br />'' <br />'' He said, the Act will ensure development in unauthorized colonies. Mr Javadekar said, the decision was not taken in view of the forthcoming polls in Delhi but to ensure justice to the people living in these colonies. Mr Javadekar also said, there are 192 J J Clusters are in Delhi where the work of carrying out survey in underway.<br />''
