Union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar today interacted with children from the Maoist-affected areas at a Prayas Residential School in Raipur during his Chhattisgarh visit today. He said the school was transforming the lives of children from Maoist-affected regions. HRD minister said that Prime Minister has put a thrust on 'Sabko Shiksha, Achhi Shiksha and Prayas is a successful example of this motto. <br/> <br/>Mr. Javadekar sat with children on the floor at the assembly hall and asked them a number of questions about their studies and future, encouraging them to reach heights of success.<br/><br/>These schools are being run under Mukhyamantri Bal Bhavishya Suraksha Yojana. The meritorious students of Maoist-affected districts are given admissions in 11th and 12th standards of these schools and they are also provided free coaching for competitive exams such as PMT, PET and JEE. Prayas Residential Schools have been established in all five Divisional Headquarters, including capital city Raipur.
