India's Jatin has clinched a bronze medal in the World Cadet Wrestling Championships at Zrenjanin, Serbia. Jatin defeated Austin Gomez of the United States (8-0) and Temirla Aliev of Russia (7-0) in repechage bouts in the 42 kilogram freestyle category to win the Bronze. Jatin had lost in the second round. This was India's first medal of the competition.Ravinder in 50kg, Amit in 58kg and Praveen in 85kg also made it to the repechage rounds, but failed to land a medal.
