More than sixty trains on Delhi- Moradabad rail route is severely affected today due to on going agitation by Jat Mahasabha. Spokesperson of Northern Railway Manish Tiwari told AIR News that the Railway track has been blocked by agitators at Kafurpur station on Jyotibaphule Nagar since last evening. The agitators are demanding reservation in central government jobs under OBC quota. The agitation has also affected the western Uttar Pradesh since large number of people from this area has been participating in the protest.According to Northern railway around 20 trains from Delhi to Western Uttar Pradesh were cancelled today while more than 50 long distance trains have been diverted.The Railway spokesperson said that ten trains scheduled for tomorrow have also been cancelled.
