Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe says, he wants to exercise leadership at the United Nations General Assembly to get delegates to adopt a new UN resolution condemning North Korea's nuclear test and missile launches. <br/><br/>Abe spoke to reporters in Tokyo before his departure for New York today. He said the international community has to give a tougher response to North Korea because its latest nuclear test posed a higher level of threat to the world. <br/><br/>He said he will speak about the importance of resolving the issue of Japanese nationals abducted to North Korea.
