In Japan, new Prime Minister Naoto Kan is set to name his cabinet, with many top ministers expected to remain in their posts. The Cabinet will be formally confirmed tomorrow when Mr Kan is sworn in. Mr Kan was elected prime minister by lawmakers on Friday, two days after the abrupt resignation of Yukio Hatoyama.
