Japanese share market opened in red today

The Japanese share market today opened in red and touched its eleven weeks low at 10,077. However, the Hong Kong's Hang Sang index is trading at point 6 per cent higher. The American and European markets on Wednesday had also ended in red with the US Dow Jones index down by point 63 per cent while the UK's FTSE losing over two and a half per cent. The Indian stock market had tumbled on Wednesday with the Sensex losing 467 points and the NSE nifty plunging by 147 points.
