apanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda will arrive in New Delhi today on a three-day visit to India. He will hold delegation-level talks with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday.
Civil nuclear cooperation will be high on their agenda. The two leaders will also look at ways to enhance trade.
Speaking to reporters in New Delhi, External Affairs Ministry Spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin said the two Prime Ministers would also discuss regional issues, including the new developments in North Korea after the death of its leader Kim Jong-IL.
