A Japanese man has been arrested for hurling a flare at the Chinese Consulate General in Fukuoka City. A Chinese consulate official Huang Ting said the incident occured last night and no one was injured. He said the man, identified by Japanese police as Kensaku Nakahara was arrested on the spot.
