Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida says Japan, the United States and South Korea will hold talks in Tokyo on Tuesday to discuss North Korea. <br/><br/>Kishida told reporters today that the talks will bring together the 3 countries' chief negotiators in the stalled six-party talks on North Korea's nuclear and missile development.
