Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Kalyan Singh has said that his Jankranti Party will contest all 403 seats during the next assembly elections in the state. He told media persons in Lucknow that by April, names of all candidates will be declared and about 40 pe cent tickets will be given to youth and women.
