The issue of change of leadership hot up with the dissident group chief Janardhan Reddy indicating that he has not yet given up his demand. Mr. Reddy who arrived in New Delhi is likely to meet BJP President Rajnath Singh and other senior leaders. However, former MP Dhananjay Kumar, who is an emissary of Yeddyurappa, said that the central leadership is firm on maintaining the status quo. As reported, the pro-Yeddyurappa camp had met the BJP high command yesterday and had claimed that the central leadership was not in favor of change of guard but was willing to look into the grievances of the dissidents.
