The Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, which was closed yesterday, was thrown open for traffic. Early Monday morning, Beacon authorities cleared the 300 long highway from landslides at Panthal and other few places. The authorities said the stranded vehicles on the highway moved towards their destinations.
