After remaining closed for traffic for three consecutive days, Jammu-Srinagar National Highway was today re-opened for one way traffic. Vehicles from Jammu have been allowed to ply towards Srinagar. AIR correspondent reports road conditions at some places are very bad due to landslides and two-way traffic is not possible.
