<br/>Like other parts of Northern India, the entire Jammu region is reeling under severe heat wave as the maximum temperature 11 Jammu touched 43 degree Celsius which is above normal by two to three degrees.<br/><br/>The severe heat wave has thrown life out of gear in the region. From the last three days the day temperature has been showing upward trend. The acute power and water crisis is further compounding the woes of the people who will have to reel under similar weather conditions for more days as weathermen has predicted mainly dry weather in Jammu region for some days. <br/><br/>The intensity of the prevailing weather conditions can be gauged from the fact that even during evening hours there is no respite from the heart wave. With schools having summer vacations these days, People of Jammu are rushing to cool places like picturesque Patnitop , Sanasar, Mansar to spend some days there so as to enjoy the cool climate of these places.
