Jammu & Kashmir: Opposition ruckus in assembly over kashmir unrest

In Jammu and Kashmir Assembly, opposition today created ruckus inside the house, demanding special discussion on prevailing situation and recent unrest in the Kashmir Valley. Later on the intervention of Minister for Parliamentary Affairs AR Veeri, the Speaker Kavinder Gupta allowed special debate on Kashmir issue in the house. <br/><br/>Participating in the debate, the leader of opposition in the house former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah alleged that PDP-BJP goverment in the State has mishandled the recent turmoil in the Valley and said that the government should have taken all parties on-board to handle the situation and bring peace in Kashmir.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, the BJP members demanded that, the house should unanimously condemn the opposition members' sloganeering and creating ruckus during Governor's address yesterday, specifically when the National Anthem was being played.
