In Jammu and Kashmir, in view of COVID-19 pandemic and to facilitate the public at large, Jammu Deputy Commissioner Sushma Chauhan yesterday initiated the process of delivery of Domicile Certificates to the applicants through Postal Department. AIR correspondent reports that launching the service, the DC  handed over a dozen envelopes containing Domicile Certificates of some applicants of Tehsil Jammu Khas and Bahu to Gaurav Srivastava, Director of Postal Services in Jammu.<br />'' <br />''The service will be very useful as it will not only eliminate the delays in delivery of Domicile Certificates but will also minimize the need to visit the office of issuing authorities.
