The Jammu and Kashmir Government notified 137 services of three different departments under J&K Public Services Guarantee Act. AIR Correspondent reports that 16 services of Mining Department, 36 services of Finance Department (Excise) and 84 services of Power Development Department have been included in the Public Services Guarantee Act, (PSGA) 2011. The government has notified these services, timelines and the Designated Officers/Appellate Authorities. Total 84 services of PDD, including New Connections, Change of Name, Change of Ownership, Change of Category and Approval of installation of DG Setups have been notified under PSGA. Similarly, 36 services of Finance Department (Excise) and 16 services of the Mining Department have been notified. The notified services of Mining Department include Grant of Mining Lease, Grant of Quarry License, Grant of STP/DP and Grant of Mineral Dealer License.
