Union Minister of State for Science &amp; Technology Dr Jitendra Singh has said that&nbsp; Jammu and Kashmir will be a torch-bearer for a developed India, with its emergence as an agri start-up hub. He said, J&amp;K will also become a role model of Viksit Bharat's growth story, which was exemplified by the depiction of lavender farms of Bhaderwah town of district Doda, through the Republic Day tableau. He said, the youth of J&amp;K associated with the start-up ecosystem, have turned out to be brand ambassadors of Purple Revolution in the country. The Union Minister was speaking after chairing the first-of-its-kind meeting with Panchayati Raj Institutions, including members from District Development Councils, hailing from the districts of Kathua and Udhampur.
