Jalili says Tehran has a positive approach for negotiations

Iran's chief negotiator says his country has a positive approach towards its upcoming negotiations with the West. Saeed Jalili told this to reporters in Tehran today before setting off for Geneva to represent Iran in the talks on thursday between Iran and P5+1 countries . He said Iran's power and capabilities would be an opportunity for stability, security and expansion of cooperation in line with peace and justice for progress of all nations. He added that Iran would enter talks with major world powers with a positive and strategic approach based on goodwill and long-term bilateral cooperation.<br/><br/>Tehran and the P5+1 agreed to hold discussions after Iran presented its latest package of proposals but analysts say that recent disclosure regarding Tehran's second uranium enrichment plant and its latest missile tests have made situation tense ahead of talks.<br/><br/>Earlier Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki reiterated that Tehran would never give up its legitimate rights on the use of nuclear technology for peaceful purposes .
