In Punjab, the death toll in the Sunday night's building collapse near Jalandhar has gone up to nine. Three more bodies have been extricated from the rubble. One more person was today miraculouslypulled out alive from the rubble, two days after the building collapse. Sixty-one people have been rescued so far. AIR Jalandhar correspondent reports that relief and rescue operation is still on.
