In Punjab, after more than 80 hours of the tragic incident of a building collapse in Jalandhar, the death toll has increased to 10. The rescue teams of NDRF, Army, Punjab Police and NGOs are working round the clock to save stranded labourers since last Sunday and had managed to rescued 62 including the one miraculously saved late last night with minor injuries, after more than 72 hours. Out of the total rescued many have been discharged after giving medical aid.However, the situation is getting grim now. Quoting NDRF sources AIR Correspondent reports that seven more bodies have been located by the rescue team members today but are yet to be retrieved from under the debris.
