He said, India is capable of tough decisions in order to ensure growth to enable India to secure itself.<br />''<br />''<br />''Meanwhile, the Congress alleged that the Central Board of Directors of the RBI had rejected the government's main arguments over demonetisation that it will curb black money and end counterfeit currency. <br />''<br />''<br />''Talking to reporters in New Delhi, party spokesperson Jairam Ramesh Monday said that the party will raise the issue of demonetization in the Lok Sabha elections. He alleged that demonetization has impacted small businesses and unorganised sector.
