<span style="color: #222222;">Finance Minister Arun Jaitley today hit out at Congress for criticizing the Chief of the Indian Air Force for having stated that the Air Force urgently needs the Rafale aircraft to improve its combat ability. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In a Facebook post, Mr. Jaitley said, it is the Indian Air Force and its Chief who are the most competent persons to comment on it.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said the IAF was involved in the selection of Rafale when UPA was in power and also during current regime. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Jaitley alleged that&nbsp; the Congress has broken a long-standing unwritten rule of Indian politics by targeting the Chief of a Service in a political debate.
