<span style="color: #222222;">External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov today reviewed the preparations for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Russia next week. <br />'' <br />'' They also discussed regional and international issues of mutual interest.<br />'' <br />'' Talking to reporters at a joint press conference in Moscow, Mr Lavrov said that focus was on Prime Minister Modi's talks with President Vladimir Putin and participation in the three-day Fifth Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok as chief guest. <br />'' <br />''Mr Lavrov said, his talks with Dr. Jaishankar also focused on a number of specific issues, including the necessity to intensify work on the creation of an international transport corridor North-South in the Russia-India-Iran format.</span>
