Eight states and three Union territories will participate in the conference. These States and UTs are Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Jammu, and Kashmir, Ladakh, Daman and Diu, and Dadar and Nagar Haveli.<br />''<br />''AIR correspondent reports that three States – Goa, Telangana, and Haryana and three Union Territories – Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Daman and Diu and Dadar and Nagar Haveli, and Puducherry have provided 100 percent tap water coverage. In the last two and half years, six crore 15 lakh rural households have been given tap water connections under Jal Jeevan Mission.</span><br />
