In Rajasthan, the ADJ court in Jaipur has issued summons to Union Minister of State for Chemicals and Fertilizers, Nihal Chand Meghwal and 17 others in a four year old rape case.

This case was registered in 2010 by a Haryana woman in Vaishali Nagar Police Station in Jaipur. The case was later closed but the victim challenged the decision in a court which issued summons to all the 18 accused yesterday.
