Urban Development Minister Jaipal Reddy on Thursday ruled out any fiasco in the construction of Commonwealth Games Village. Talking to a TV Channel, Reddy said that the Delhi Development Authority, DDA had made a buy back arrangement with the developer and this arrangement was necessary to complete the construction of village on time.
