Jagmohan Dalmiya has been named as Board of Control for Cricket in India – BCCI's Working President after BCCI chief N. Srinivasan stepped aside from the post at an Emergency Working Committee Meeting of the Board in Chennai today. He will look after the day to day affairs of the Board till the probe is over.BCCI sources said this evening that Mr Dalmiya was named as the Working President after Mr Srinivasan agreed to keep out of the probe panel investigating allegations of spot-fixing and betting against his son-in-law and Chennai Super Kings Principal Gurunathan Meiyappan in the just-concluded IPL-6 cricket.The BCCI has appointed a three-member Commission to probe the allegations.
