Mr. Jagmohan Dalmiya has been unanimously elected as the President of the BCCI at the Annual General Body meeting in Chennai today. The Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Chief Anurag Thakur surprisingly won by one vote over Sanjay Patel for the post of Secretary. Mr.Amitabh Choudhary was elected as the Joint Secretary, defeating Goa's Chetan Desai. Mr. Anirudh Choudhary won the post of Treasurer post, winning over Rajiv Shukla.While three Vice Presidents were elected unopposed, the two other positions went to C.K.Khanna and T.C.Mathews. The three who were elected unopposed were Gokaraju Gangaraju, Assam's Gautam Roy and M.L.Nehru of Jammu and Kashmir.
