The CBI special court in Hyderabad today granted conditional bail to Vijaya Saireddy, a close associate of Kadapa Lok Sabha Member Jaganmohan Reddy, arrested in disproportionate assets. The CBI has named the vice-chairman of Jagathi Publications, Vijaya Saireddy, as second accused in its chargesheet filed recently in the case. Earlier he was remanded till 27th of this month. However, the Special Court has granted conditional bail after hearing his bail petition. It has directed Mr Reddy to surrender his passport and provide two sureties of 25 thousand rupees each. He was arrested on January 2nd this year.
