A CBI special court in Hyderabad today granted bail to Vijaya Saireddy once again in the disproportionate assets case against Kadapa Lok Sabha Member Jaganmohan Reddy. Justice Nagamaruthi Sarma re-considered the bail petition by Vijaya Saireddy on the direction of the Andhra Pradesh High Court and granted conditional bail once again.

Earlier on 20th of this month, the state High Court cancelled the bail granted by the same CBI court to him in the illegal assets case. However, the High Court had asked the CBI court to reconsider the bail petition of Vijaya Saireddy.
