The CBI has produced Kadapa Lok Sabha member and the YSR Congress party President Y S Jagnamohan Reddy before the CBI special court in Hyderabad on Monday morning amidst tight security arrangements.

The YSR Congress party President was arrested Sunday evening in connection with the alleged disproportionate assets case against him.

Meanwhile, a state Bandh is being observed on Monday in response to the call given by the YSR Congress party protesting against the arrest of its party President Y S Jaganmohan Reddy in his disproportionate assets case.

The bandh received mixed response in various regions of the state. In Hyderabad , normal life remained unaffected amidst tight security arrangements.

Jaganmohan Reddy has been number one accused in the Charge sheet, which CBI filed last year. He has been charged with conspiracy, cheating, criminal breach of trust and falsification of accounts.
