Rajasekhara Reddy on his birth anniversary today and paid floral tributes to him at the site where his 68-day ‘padyatra’ ended in 2003.

During his campaign, the Congress MP is visiting the families of those who have reportedly died due to shock after the sudden demise of Rajasekhara Reddy in a chopper crash. Planning to visit about 20 such families during the tour, the congress MP is briefly addressing massive crowds with out any reference to the party leadership. Thousands of people are queuing up both sides of the streets and stood on rooftops to welcome Jagan.

The Congress MP has begun his tour ignoring the warning from the party leadership. Though most of the party MPs and MLAs are away from the tour, Jaganmohan Reddy has declared that he would take up similar campaigns in other districts too.
