In Andhra Pradesh, YSR Congress Party president Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy is slated to appear before the CBI today in connection with the ongoing probe into his disproportionate assets case.The CBI served notices on him to appear in person and turned down his request to exempt him from appearing in person.Andhra Pradesh High Court has also struck down his petition seeking exemption from personal appearance before the investigating agency. Jagan’s anticipatory bail petition was also kept aside by the CBI Court.
