In Andhra Pradesh, Kadapa M.P – Y.S Jagan Mohan Reddy has filed a petition in the Hyderabad CBI special court for anticipatory bail. Earlier, the CBI had issued summons to Jaganmohan Reddy to appear before them in person tomorrow, in connection with disproportionate assets case. The A.P. High Court yesterday dismissed Jagan Mohan Reddy’s petition to exempt him from appearing in the CBI in person and ruled that Jagan should appear before the investigating agency at any cost.Meanwhile, the Hyderabad city police has imposed Section 144 in the city and beefed up the security.
