International Court of Justice has asked India to submit memorials by 13th of September this year in Kulbhushan Jadhav case while Pakistan has been given time till 13th December to file counter memorials. <br/><br/>Briefing reporters in New Delhi, External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Gopal Baglay said India had urged the ICJ for early hearing of the case during 8th June sitting. He said the 8th June sitting of the Court was not for hearing but to decide procedural issues. He said it is premature at the moment to say anything about next hearing of the case.
