International Olympic Council President Jacques Rogge will be among the top dignitaries attending the opening ceremony of the Commonwealth Games. Rogge will visit Major Dhyan Chand Stadium, hockey venue for the quadrennial event, tomorrow.According to Organising Committee officials the IOC chief, however, will not go to the Games Village and was scheduled to leave the country on October 4.
