Health and Family Welfare Minister J P Nadda has described the Public Health Programme announced in the Union Budget as a revolutionary and bold step to change the health scenario in the country. <br/><br/>In an exclusive interview to All India Radio he said, that the Government has adquate funds to meet the expenditure of the programme.
