Jammu and Kashmir Minister for Roads & Buildings, Mr. G. M. Saroori has said that several initiatives have been taken by the Coalition Government headed by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to tackle the unemployment problem. <br/><br/>He said employment avenues have been explored for educated unemployed youth of the State. <br/><br/>He said the employment package announced by the Government recently was aimed to generate employment opportunities for educated, skilled and unskilled youth of the State. <br/><br/>Addressing series of public meetings in various villages of Doda- Kishtwar districts, Mr. Saroori said the Government is aware of the problems of the people living in rural, hilly and remote areas of the State. <br/><br/>He said every possible step is being taken to improve basic facilities in these areas. <br/><br/>He said road connectivity is a primary need for development and the objective of launching Prime Ministers Gram Sarak Yojna (PMGSY) was to provide road connectivity to every village of the State.<br/>
