Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today reiterated his Government’s resolve to uphold human rights and to punish the culprits on this account. Addressing a public meting at Kalakote in Rajouri today, the Chief Minister said that his government would not allow a handful of hooligans to hostage the tranquility in certain parts of Srinagar city by the acts of stone-pelting. He said that his government would deal sternly with law breakers and maintained that for handling the political issues, the centre and the State Governments are willing to talk to anyone on any subject adding this intention has been made public by the Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh and Union Home Minister, P Chidambaram time and again.<br/>Describing Kashmiri Pandits an integral part of Kashmir Valley, Omar Abdullah said that without their presence Kashmir is incomplete and added that Government is keenly striving for their return to their homes and expressed the hope that the day will not be too far when Pandits will return to their homes and hearth in Valley.
