Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister, Mr. Omar Abdullah has said that many forces are bent upon to create wedge among the people in the name of region, religion, caste and creed. He said, we have to defeat such divisive forces jointly. <br/><br/>Addressing a public gathering in Kathua district on Tuesday, Omar asked the people to remain vigilant against ill designs of such elements. Mr. Abdullah said that NC-Congress coalition is committed to equitable development and justice to all areas irrespective of any consideration. He said the last 15 months itself speak of the endeavours made by the Government in this direction. <br/><br/>The Chief Minister said the coalition Government is working in tandem with Union Government to seek fast track development and progress in the State. Meanwhile, the work on 60 km Bhaderwah-Chamba road kick-started on Tuesday. The road to be completed at a cost of 70 crore rupees will connect Jammu division with Himachal Pradesh. <br/>
