Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti came down heavily on Pakistan for its stance on the ongoing situation in the Kashmir Valley. She said Pakistan claims that they are victims of terrorism themselves, but encourages Kashmiri youths to take up guns. Ms. Mufti said, Islamabad needs to change its policy towards Kashmir.
