Ivory Coast seeks India's investments in agro-industries, mining and cocoa processing

Ivory Coast has sought Indian investments in various fields like agro-industries, mining and chocolates. President Pranab Mukherjee, who is on his maiden trip to the West African country on the second leg of his three-nation tour to Africa, held talks with his Ivory Coast counterpart Alassane Ouattara in Abidjan. Both the sides discussed range of issues during the bilateral meeting. Cote D'Ivoirie today sought investment from India's private sector particularly in cocoa processing to further strengthen its trade ties with India.
