In Kerala, the ballistics examination of the weapons on board the Italian vessel Enrica Lexie, berthed at the Cochin Port, is scheduled to take place this morning. The search of the ship for the weapons on board the vessel will be held in the presence of two Italian technical experts who are scheduled to reach Kochi.AIR correspondent reports that two Italian experts Major Fleubus Luca and Major Fratini Paolo are expected to reach Kochi this morning after which the search for the weapons and the ballistics examination will take place in their presence.Detailed ballistics and forensic examination are important in establishing the truth related to the charges leveled against the two Italian marines, arrested in connection with the killing of the fishermen.The Italian team's presence, which has been allowed following a court order, will ensure transparency in the whole process.Meanwhile, the Kerala High Court has directed the Cochin Port authorities not to allow the Italian vessel Enrica Lexie to sail out of the harbour till 5 pm on Monday.
