In the case of murder of two Indian fishermen last week off Kerala coast, the Chief Judicial Magistrate of Kollam on Tuesday issued a search warrant to seize the firearms of the two accused, Italian naval personnel of the vessel Enrica Lexie. The warrant has been issued on a petition by Coastal Police station authorities of Neendakara. Italian marines Latorre Massimiliano and Salvatore Girone have been remanded in judicial custody for two weeks by the First Class Magistrate of Karunagappaly.
