The Italian Foreign Minister, Mr. Franco Frattini has again called for an immediate halt of hostilities in Libya to allow humanitarian aid through. Mr. Frattini also said NATO should provide more details of its aerial campaign. Last week, the Libyan government said seven people had been killed in a NATO air-strike. Arab League Chairman Amr Moussa yesterday urged a cease-fire, voicing reservations about the NATO campaign.
