It will be unfair if China does any construction activities in disputed territory like Doklam or Pak occupied Kashmir. This opinion was expressed by Prof. Shen Dingli, Vice Dean, Institute of International Affairs, Fudan University Of China. <br/><br/>He was speaking at Pune Dialogue on National Security-2017, organised by Pune International Center. This two days symposium was inaugurated by Mr. C. Raja Mohan, Director, Carnegie India. Delivering the Keynote address Mr. Raja Mohan said that India should acquire modern technology in defence sector. <br/><br/>Speaking on this occasion, Eminent Journalist, Dr. Fareed Zakaria said that considering China's growing impact in international politics, India should reconsider its foreign policy. The President of Pune International Center, Dr.Raghunath Mashelkar, Vice President Dr. Vijay Kelkar, Convener, Air Marshal Bhushan Gokhale also expressed their views on this occasion. <br/><br/>Representatives and experts from Europe, China, Afganistan, Japan and Russia are participating in this Dialogue.
