An I.T. Park was inaugurated in Salt Lake City of Kolkata today. The Park comes up in collaboration between Department of Information Technology of the Government of West Bengal and the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. The Corporation has earmarked two acres of land near Science City with the objective of effective utilization of their land in the interest of the State and for increasing the employment potential of the local youth. The proposed building will accommodate space for I.T. with facilities like conference hall, food corner, books stalls and medium building management system through efficient access control. The building will be provided with plenty of power and water supply. Air-conditioning arrangement, fire protection system, broad road ways and efficient drainage with suitable waste disposal management.<br/>
