The Co-chairman of the Core Advisory Group for research and development in Electronic Hardware Sector, Mr.Ajay Chaudhury has said that certification and creating sustainable electronics at low cost and boosting the research and development sector is the need of the hour. It is needed to push India to the level of top manufacturer in electronics sector in the global scenario, he said. Speaking on the role of research and development in the Indian Electronics Industry Sector at the Indian Science Congress today, Mr.Chaudhury said that a task force has been set up to look into the requirements of the hardware sector which is the nerve centre of every electronic activity.
